Thumbprint Flowers Craft Supplies
- Cardstock
- Glue
- Popsicle sticks
- Paint
- Crayons/markers
Simple is the name of the game in our house, so I love the fact that this craft is pretty easy for the kids to complete without a lot of my intervention.
Get Crafty with these Directions
1. Let your kids decorate the popsicle stick with the markers or crayons.2. Help them glue the sticks down to the cardstock.
3. Make the “flowers” by using your kids’ thumbs as the petals.
4. Finish off your masterpiece by writing “Happy Mother’s Day” at the top. This craft could also be used for Easter, a birthday, or other spring/summer holidays.
Voila! You’re done. Another successful craft complete and a happy mom, or grandma, to boot. As much as it pains me sometimes to do these projects with my girls, they are always so proud of their work, and the recipients of their art are always thrilled too.
